Best place in town for all your floor needs. Carpet, tile,lvn...if you need it they have it.

The people who owned this business, were very unprofessional, and lied. They failed to inform customers that the business was sold, and have lied and given me the run around , regarding an over charge of carpet and padding. I purchased my carpet, under false measurements, waited almost 1 week before getting the call from anyone, regarding installation, was told the installer had been asked to call me for install date. Installer finally did call me. Over charge of carpet was mentioned, I was told the new owners will refund me the difference, I have gotten nothing but lies and run around. I was told to go and get my refund, by the new owner, I did go the following day, but the new owner failed to mention the shop would b closed on 12/24/21, but asked me to go. I did go amd noticed the shop was closed, but cars were out in the back, I went over and the new owner, Keith, was there, saying Terry was on his way to reimburse me for the over charge...not true.  As I was leaving, an Employee, said, hey the shops closed, cashiers are closed, nobodys here to refund you. I've been lied to, after lie, over what's rightfully mine, an over charge for carpet and padding. I have my receipt, as proof of purchase, and have been lied to, too many times. I dobr recommend anyone doing business with ppl who over charge customers and do not refund over charges. Both prior and current owners are the most unprofessional ppl, I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business there. The  ppl who all work there are unprofessional, lie...I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO GO THERE...ZERO RATING...WORST CARPET PLACE IN BAKERSFIELD! I WILL POST UPDATES ON THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS..I PLAN ON FILING A POLICE REPORT AND WILL PURSUE THIS, TILL I RIGHTFULLY GET MY REFUND.

This used to be a very inviting family ran business but sadly ever since they sold the place to the new owners it has gone downhill drastically.
They're all over the place and not organised what so ever. they have no clue what they're doing. not only that, the older man i had an interaction with is incredibly rude and VERY condescending.
Would i recommend this place? no stay far far away and take your money elsewhere where you will be appreciated!
