      image Awful customer service from manager Sam. I was given a soup in a bag that popped open inside and spilled. It got on all the contents inside and outside the bag onto their counter. I brought it to their attention and was told oh we didnt realize it then proceeded to hand me another cup. No new bag. No new side. No napkins. Most importantly NO APOLOGY!! When I asked for replacements she smirked & chuckled as if I was an inconvenience to her. Customer service is a huge letdown at this location. Plus, the restaurant is somehow always dirty, as many others have mentioned.

      image Some of the Tables and seats were not wiped properly nor cleaned. Ordered large broccoli cheddar soup but was only given half a bowl. Not enough bread slices but it was okay. Food warmth was adequate but it does cool quickly. Expect a bit better experience from Panera.
