If I can leave zero stars, I most definitely would. I came in here because there was fraud in my sons high school account. I had a police report and everything. However, Gracie refused to help me. She called the fraud department before I came in to my appointment, and I received a call from her. Stating that she couldnt help me and theres nothing that she could do I even spoke to the branch manager, Mr. Leyva, and he also said the same thing. The funny thing is that I went to the branch on Stockdale Highway and I had a gentleman by the name of Francisco help me out. He resorted this whole fraud within one hour. The amount of the fraud and my sons account was over $5000 and not one of these people at the Oswell branch tried to even help me.

The competency here is intentionally limited. They make the process to access funds intentionally longer than it should be. They were rude and I will be contacting HR and corporate. They always lie and say 2-3 days but take WEEKS. Im sure theyre doing some illegal stuff considering a lot of the staff are probably 1st generations to have a proper job in their family. They lack professionalism to the core. One girl smirked when I told her that Ive been waiting in the chairs for 40 minutes. May she get the life she deserves
