PNC Bank

We have a small community-group account with this bank. Since it changed to PNC, it has been a nightmare to work with them. I have send multiple emails, called and even escalated the issues to the branch manager. They said things will get done, but there is no follow through. I would not recommend using this bank. Edit: Hi PNC Bank! I'd love to discuss this with you directly too! Please have your staff check their email or phone message and respond to me on either :) Its been almost 10 months and I'm still waiting for your reply.

They acquire other banks, start charging monthly fees on accounts that previously were free and before you realize it they overdraft your account and won't reverse the fees or let you close it until you pay it off. Once you pay it off, they tell you, "Sorry, that transaction is pending, you will have to come back tomorrow to close the account."

This bank is great! Small and no wait. All the employees are so nice. I would never bank anywhere else.
