        I had an overall great experience, allowed me to drop off earlier then they opened, and the price seemed accurate, not overly inflated like what every other shop charges. I was very happy. Truck was brought in for a leaking water pump, they replaced the pump. Improvements: Communication- I had to call to ask the status after a day, i had to call to approve charges, i had to call after a couple days to ask when it would be done, i had to call to ask if it was finally completed which they said yes. I hate having to bother service shops asking if my truck is done, but i cant just wait around 3 days without an update assuming everything is ok. time is money. a simple phone call with an update would greatly help.
