I used to live in apartment N3. the reason I moved out is because the upstairs neighbor makes noise all the time on a daily basis, loud footsteps, knocking on the wall at 3am before she leaves for work, loud tv noise on a daily basis to disrupt my sleep, work and my daily life. Even if I complained to the new property manager, the situation doesnt get any better. She refused to believe my complaints and didnt do anything substantial! After several complaints, the situation persists and noise is getting louder. We have no choice but moving from Polo villas. Be careful there are Karens living there who are angry with their lives and make noise to disturb people! And the floor/wall is thin, you can hear everything from upstairs amenities are so old, its so dusty everywhere. And its not a safe place to live, I heard stories that residents lost their staff left on patios/cars. And there are strangers coming in knocking your doors soliciting, looking for their phones? As a young gay Asian male, I dont feel comfortable living there! They dont believe in your complaints if you look different from them! And what can you expect? Its Bakersfield Update review: 1. We complained many times about noise and the situation doesnt get any better thats why we moved out. I dont know why you lied here saying we moved out because of a new job. He lived there for 10+ years before moving out. Shame! 2. I think you guys are homophobia. Hes not my roommate. At that time hes my boyfriend, we are a gay couple lol. We are both males who like males.

A perfect apartment complex for those wishing for a quiet and safe community. My husband and I have been living here over 2 years and probably will stay until we decide to buy a house in the future. We have had great interactions with all staff, especially the maintenance team, including after hour calls and important issues. They are always glad to help and be of assistance as fast as possible. We couldnt ask for more.

Ive been living at this apartment for three years now and all I have to say is that it has been an incredible experience. Brianna, the property manager has always been so kind and helpful. Max and the other maintenance crew is always right there ready to help me out if needed. They have always went above and beyond for my satisfaction and the others in the community. Thank you guys so much for a lovely living experience here at polo villas. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new home!

We have been living in this community from past 5 years. Shelley used to solve all problems very efficiently in a timely manner. But after that now its been always a hassle. The work orders are not completed on time. Its been three days with a little baby at home and we cant cook food for her as the cooking appliance is not working and we are calling again and again . These people dont understand genuine problems of a family. We had so many different experiences at different times. Yesterday the guy told me that part would be here by evening bu today one more day. What kind of professionalism is this.

Customer Service isn't their best. I tried calling multiple times and no answer. I drove to the office and tried calling to go to the office, and still no answer! Ridiculous
