Chateau D Bakersfield has been one of the best places I have ever worked. The new group of staff are very caring and promote fun for the individuals served as well as provide learning opportunities to all participants. As part of our community integration program we have gone to the planetarium, several museums, the news station for a tour, the fire station for a tour, out shopping, and many more places, including out to eat. We have several in-house activities to keep the Individuals served engaged, such as daily gym, review of current events, lessons on life skills and mental health, and activities such as arts and crafts and games. I am happy with my time at Chateau D Bakersfield and see a great future ahead.
