Avoid this tax firm at all cost. I went to a consultant, signed documents then a few days later called and told them I went with another firm. They didnt look at my accounts in anyway but charged my account over $3,000 and refused to refund the money back. Apparently he feel he shouldnt have to give it back then the office lady said all the could off was a business plan to compensate for the money they took out of the account. I also know other business thats had problems with this firm and they refuse to refund any amount of money take out of the accounts
