My family, and I had the pleasure of renting out an apartment in Azusa back in 2015/2016. Back then everything was still done in paper, and ink. They were very good in getting back to you too. Despite some obstacles in our application Sean was patient, and faithful in giving us a chance. The application went through successfully. We were never late for our rent. Sadly the owner ended up selling the apartment, and raised the rent very high. We left, but truly that was our home. It was such a peaceful experience to live there. Hope to rent from them again one day, or even buy. These people are passionate about business, and fair overall.

I worked with Sean Glaze an excellent agent. He listed my place in April and we were on contract in 1 month, above our asking price. He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Highly recommended!

Was not surprised to see bad reviews about this agent; he went and wrote comments on our company page and does not honor his agreements with his vendors - would not recommend to refer business to him

Sean Glaze was truly exceptional. I met him at a home buying seminar that was focused on the area I was looking to buy in. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with Squire Realty since I was set on buying in Azusa, and Im so thankful I did.
