We leased a Highlander from these folks at the beginning of the year and I had just recently taken it in for it's first service. I have been nothing but impressed with the quality of service provided by these folks. They are well worth the drive up the hill from Rocklin. In the sales department, look for Ryan Trasport. If you are in need of service for your vehicle, contact Connor Egan. Both of which are very friendly and helpful. 6/15/2016 Update: I recently dealt with Robert Brassfield in the service department. He was a great, low pressure, guy to work with. He tailor fit the service to meet what I was after and was beyond pleasant to interact with throughout the experience. When your vehicle is in need of service, search him out and work through him. I continue to be impressed with most everyone I come across at this dealership. 1/4/2017 Update: After an excellent experience the first time, we came back to Auburn Toyota again to lease a new Highlander. Yet again, Ryan Trasport treated us very well and gave us a great deal on a great car. Frankly, this experience was better than the first. Being a repeat customer does not go unnoticed here. Chris back in finance was a pleasure to deal with; honest and no nonsense. Dealing with finance guys can be a nightmare at other dealerships, but not here. As long as we live in Northern Cal, we are coming here. 12/2023: Update: We bought out the lease for another Highlander and worked with these folks to complete the process. Great service as always! 3/2024: Update: We purchased ANOTHER vehicle through these folks! This time for my daughter. We worked with Jake in sales and Greg in finance. Once again, painless and fair process start to finish. We wont go anywhere else if we dont have to!
