I don't usually write reviews, but my experience with HPM was so bad it warrants one. Horrible, horrible property management company. Stay clear at all cost. No one knows what they are doing. I followed all their rules/processes and still they messed up everything. My lease ended, I turned in my keys and gave forwarding address information. They then charged me the next months rent. When I received a call back, their "manager' never apologized for anything, had no information as to why she was calling and basically had zero customer service skills and didn't give a rats a** about any of it. Have fun if you do work with them. They're clueless...and this is what they do for their day job.

Horrible service they told my current housing landlord I was approved and then I got a letter in the mail stating I was not approved horrible downright horrible

This company goes above and beyond equally for both the owner and the tenant. They are very thorough and very friendly!!!

Just a ridiculous company. Deciding to run HOAs and take over neighborhood because they feel like it.

Super picky on pre move out inspection considering the condition that the property was in when we moved in.
