My experience at Sherwin Williams in Auburn was less than desirable. I first ordered one gallon of paint. All was well. However, when I went back two days later for the same exact color and finish the employee was unprofessional. While I was waiting in line my husband called me, and I told him I was at the paint store. Apparently, this employee, feeling emboldened by the customer in front of me, decided that his energy would be best spent on mockery. "Is this a paint store? Since when?! We sell paint?" Perhaps, if this employee had focused less on his comedy routine and more on paint he'd realize that he completely failed to do his ACTUAL job correctly. When I got home it was very off, so now I get to repaint everything in the new(?) color. Furthermore, the product itself leaves much to be desired. Home Depot sells better paint (1 coat vs 2), helps you faster, they can match colors (apparently SW can't match their own paint), their prices are much fairer, and their employees have always been professional - which I can't say for SW. I have included a photo of, supposedly, the same paint and finish. Both have been dry for over a week.

Customer service at Auburn location. Prompt, friendly, asked to recycle old paint. What used to be standard now you don't find service like this. Excellent 100% recommend!!
