CK Vision: Dr. Brenner and Dr. Barnes

Went in for new glasses almost two weeks ago and experienced friendly customer service from the minute I walked in. I always appreciate when that happens, a good sign of what's to come. The staff did not disappoint. The paperwork was easy and they had been able to email it to me in advance. Cheryl and Angie were VERY patient and fun and honest as I picked out my new frames. My friend couldn't join me that day but the two of them made me feel like I was with friends. Dr. Barnes was amazing!!! She is so thorough and explains everything she does. For $35 I was able to obtain digitally scanned images of my eyes for future reference. I travel a lot and will be moving soon so I like the convenience of having these photos. My glasses should be ready any day now. If I don't add to this post, assume all went well!!!

I needed new glasses and fate put me in the hands of Dr. Barnes. She is very professional, patient, and kind. I really appreciated the time Dr. Barnes took making sure my prescription was correct. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Thank you all very much !

Being new to the area, I was nervous to try out a new optometrist after 18 years with my old optometrist. Luckily, I found Dr. Chin and may have had my best experience with an eye doctor yet. She was incredibly knowledgeable, fun and friendly. I've always been excited for eye exams and getting to look at new frames and she reflected my excitement. She even took the time to explain what she looks for in her exams including health of the eyes themselves. Then, the two wonderful ladies at the front desk helped me pick out a new pair of frames. I appreciated their opinion and can't wait to get my new glasses! I couldn't recommend this place enough!

I left my previous optometrist because the practice had outgrown its ability to serve patients in a caring, timely way. I found Dr Brenner and Dr Chin to be be both knowledgeable and patient. Their office staff is friendly and extremely helpful. What a wonderful change to be treated as a valued client.Most recently, Dr Chin identified complications from a previous cataract surgery. They promptly forwarded the images to my Kaiser ophthalmologist who was able to treat me successfully, thanks to Dr. Chin's expertise.
