Having lived in a few states, I've needed the services of realtors several times. My sister told me that the realtor who helped her sell her home and buy another one was amazing. She highly recommended Lorra when the time came for me to search for a new property on a very tight deadline (1031 exchange).
My sister was right.
Lorra is an incredibly responsive professional, answering calls and texts immediately or getting back within a short time frame. She is a hoop jumper and amazing negotiator. She went the extra mile to fight for me time and time again. And made what could have been a very stressful experience into one where I felt protected and ended up with a smooth purchase. One of her strengths is her strong connections in the community, she always knew who to call when a bump in the road came up and kept things rolling.
Having her in my corner to fight for my needs was so heartening and appreciated. She got me exactly the property that I was looking for in the price range I wanted. Of the many realtors I have worked with, Lorra has been the most capable reliable realtor I've ever met. Friendly, funny, and down to earth, Lorra is the whole package.
