The Staff here is the best. I recommend bringing a paper copy of your lab work if possible. My Dr office faxed the paperwork/orders and sometimes it can get lost. I now always bring my lab work orders with me to make check in faster and easier.
Phlebotomist gets it right every time quick easy painless, staff has experience and it shows. Wishing all good health and .

Would not accept written letter of lab orders signed by physician. Wanted a ("check off list or form with letter head") So I explained that it would be easier to make a fake form than have a fake letter signed by my physician... to which was reply, "we cannot honor that". So I made a fake order with the same labs my doctor had ordered and returned. They accepted the fake... wow.
This is the same lab that lost my specimen twice in a row 6 yrs ago. On another occasion ran the wrong tests 2 months ago. And yet another time never sent results to the physician that was requested it be sent. I wish my insurance allowed me to go elsewhere.... The lab technicians in the back are kind and skilled though...
