Oh my.  Yes continued.  I am writing this in hoped of saving other individuals from the terrifying experience our family has had with this man.   Worst of all he was a family friend and if he ll do it to us he will do it to anyone.   This person was hired to handle our fathers trust.     Bottom line is two major things.  He has increased the amount he said he was going to charge us for ADMINISTRATING (and boy do i use that word loosly) our trust. Two:  HE WILL NOT GIVE US AN ACCOUNTING OF WHERE OUR MONEY IS.  NONE OF US KNOW WHERE IT IS OR WHO HAS WHAT!!   He doesnt keep track of anything and we are totally lost.   He is not timely with payments and keeps putting us off

Mr. Vaughan has always provided me professional and timely legal counsel.  Things were done accurately and in a timely manner when he set up the family trust.  Years later he remains available to answer inquiries and provide assistance.  I am grateful for his services.
