        I dont recommend. I feel a lot of the workers dont know what they are doing. They also dont do their research about new laws effective for certain job or dont take the time to understand your w2. A lot of times they file your taxes wrong so you have to amend them

        Not sure who would give them a 5. Unless its the workers doing the survey. Its a horrible branch. They hire anyone. Their tax reps dont know what they are doing and always make mistakes. Management team Must be crooked. Dont use them!
