I was recommended Louie of Dusk Til Dawn Pest Elimination by a large number of people when I needed someone for a rat infestation at one of my properties. He was very easy to work with. He communicated very well, and laid down the ground work for his plan. He charged a very competitive price and my tenant and I were thoroughly pleased with the work. After laying the traps, putting up protective barriers around the home, and sealing some openings, the tenant claimed she heard traps going off throughout the day. Louie will be following up once more for a grand total of 3 times. He claims 6 month satisfaction guarantee (industry standard). Most importantly, he saved me a lot of $$$ when he was able to avoid installing the garage door seal kit. I was very glad to hear that. I called Dusk til Dawn early morning and Louie came out and had my whole property sprayed down by midday. His price is fair, he took his time and really found where ants were coming from, he also webbed all around. The spray he used treated ants and I havent had to call him back or even seen any around, even after the heavy rain. Hes professional and gave me and quick follow up invoice, accepts payment via online methods so I didnt have to chase anyone around with a check like Ive had to previously. 10/10 recommend.
