H&R block got me a great return. With direct deposit options to receive my return in my most used accounts.. was a very easy and comforting tax experience.

Dealing with this establishment was like an episode of Monty Python. I went in about eight times in two weeks and when Id walk in and ask if they had a chance to get started on my taxes, every time theyd say, So sorry, Ill do them this evening. If I dont call you tomorrow please call me. Id call the next day and no one would be there, and they definitely never returned my phone calls. I was very polite and cordial in all my dealings with this establishment. The first rule of customer service is that you should always under promise and over deliver. Ultimately I would have rather they had told me that they couldnt do my taxes instead of lying to me and telling me every time I called or went in that they would do them that evening. I needed my returns for something very important. I wound up just doing the taxes myself, which only took me an hour and half. I must have wasted at least four hours sitting in the chairs in their office, calling, and emailing. I would strongly recommend against using this office due to their poor, misleading and inaccurate communication with customers.
