Frankie Cardoso is a bloke. She does not respond to emails at all. She is super great at ignoring you because her head is up her ass. Frankie Cardoso sucks. She is incompetent. Why is she still a realtor?

When I rented from them in 2019 I had a distinctly negative experience. The blinds in my apartment had come unscrewed from the drywall due to improper installation, so I promptly contacted Frankie. She said not to worry, it would all be noted and taken care of during the move-out walkthrough a month later. During the walkthrough I reminded her that this had occurred a month prior, and she said not to worry it would be taken care of. Of course the "repairs" and "replacement" were taken out of my deposit despite being told in person that this wouldn't happen as it was an installation issue. Not to mention the "new blinds" I was charged for were overpriced at $85 and were never actually installed (I drove by a few months later to see). In addition Frankie was rude through text correspondences to both me and my roommate.

Wish I could give zero stars.  I rented from them a few years back, and there were racoon-sized holes chewed through the vents going underneath the house when we did our first walkthrough.  The house was also dirty and dusty.  I brought it up, and they said everything would be fixed and clean by the time we moved in.  Turns out the hole was still there and the house had NOT been cleaned before we moved in, meaning I had to deep clean while moving all our stuff in.  Come winter, some raccoons moved into our crawl space and we could hear them under our tub and in the attic.  Then RATS got INSIDE the house.  They would come in through the hole that Frankie had ignored for months.  They got in our kitchen, leaving poop and dirty paw prints everywhere. They would crawl on our counters, up the cabinets (somehow), and even make their way into our bedrooms on the opposite end of the house.  It was horrifying.  I had to clean and sanitize everything daily to keep our household from getting sick.  I called the city and they said it was a huge health hazard, but that they couldn't do anything about it for some reason.  Said we could sue but it would be easier if we just moved out.  I constantly called Frankie, but she refused to send pest control and instead kept sending her handyman, who was unable to eradicate the problem or properly fix the hole.  We lived in filth for months, and eventually we were told to leave the house because the property owner wanted to "move back in"...right.  Immediately we saw our rental back up on Craigslist.  Pretty sure Frankie just got tired of me calling her about the pest problem.  Someone else moved into our rental right after we moved out (it wasn't the owner), and I know they could not have solved the pest issue before the new family moved in.  These people are the most greedy slumlords I've ever had the displeasure of renting from.  Truly the worst of the worst.
