The wait time is unreasonably long, especially for small children

Great care. Attentive to your child's needs and your concerns. Amazing nursing staff and very caring and professional doctors. I am so appreciative to have this care on the weekends. It's good to know I can come into this office when all other pediatrician offices are closed. And in case there is an emergency situation, having this facility open on weekends means I can avoid going to the emergency room with my small children. And it is wonderful they see all patients even if they are not a patient of the doctors during the week.

Pros: friendly front desk, the nurse and pediatrician were very nice too. My 19 months old daughter always cries when the nurse and the doctor come in, but the nurse was attentive and she actually tried something I've never seen before. She checked my husband's and my pulse and temperature before she did my daughter's and by then she was okay with both and she didn't cry at all. When the pediatrician came in, she also was gentle and nice with her. My daughter only cried when she got her ears checked but she was fine with everything else which that's pretty good. She answered all our questions and took her time talking with us. The place is open on Sundays which is a big plus, not all urgent cares have pediatricians. Cons: Parking in the same building structure on a Sunday cost us $15, and the wait time at the doctor's office was extremely long. The place opened at 9am, we were there at 9:10am, there were no people in the waiting room and everything was pretty quiet. I don't know how many people were in-front of us but I don't think they were many. We waited for about one hour and 15min for the pediatrician to see my daughter. For a 19 month old sick baby is pretty hard to keep her happy and still in one room. She got pretty restless towards the end, and I had to walk her in the hall. Bottom line, if you need a pediatrician around the area on the weekend this is a great option; just be prepare to wait.
