I needed an impromptu violin repair and Lulu was extremely kind and accommodating. After overtightening and snapping my A string I needed to get it fixed same-day so that my son could start his lessons on time, and even though the store had other repairs scheduled that day, she was able to fix it in less than an hour. Excellent service, very fair price, and total professionalism throughout. I highly recommend Lee's Music for servicing your instrument. Thank you again Lulu!

We have a 1/4 size violin and bow that were in pretty rough shape but had been in the family so mean a lot to us. The fixed them quickly for a fair price and were very responsive and helpful.

I just had a really bad experience with Lee's Music today. I had been renting a cello from this place for about a year and it is time to buy a new full-size one for my child. The lady in-charge there tried to persuade me to buy a used cello for about the same price as a new one somewhere else. I would've considered that if that used cello was decent enough as I could get some credits from the rent paid previously. However, that cello seemed to be defective as it did not sound right. The lady told me that was the only used cello for sale and they didn't even have any brand new ones to sell. All of the above would not be a problem for me as I don't expect every store to be fully stocked all the time; however, the lady could have displayed better attitude and customer service. During the short time when we were at the store trying to figure out our options and try to play with the cello,  she was very impatient with us and at some point she even said, "This is the price and that's the only one we have, take it or leave it. I would not care either way.". That was when I said, "Please return my deposit, and I'll go shop somewhere else.".  If they think they're the only music store that sells music instruments around town, they are wrong. Please do not try to save money and buy used instruments from this place. It is not worth your dignity as a customer.
