Menya Hanabi - The Original Nagoya Mazesoba

Hard to pick just one good place i ate in Los Angeles...stayed again in east la so had the tacos and noodle shops closeby. Tried out this Japanese Nagoya Mazemen place on the way back from Norco since it was closeby in Arcadia and wow. Mad kine umamzz. Now i know why this place packs a crowd. First time here, waitress recommended the Original Mazemen and a side soup to clean your pallette. Mixed this bowl up and add more spice or vinegar to your liking...Winnahs. After you finish the noodles you can ask for a free small rice that you can add to whats leftover in the bowl so you can mop that bowl clean Too bad theres so much places to go in so little time 5 stars

Good service and food. Its clearly a trendy place. Not my thing, but I came here for my wife. I understand the reasons for pork being the only protein option, but it would be great if other meat/protein options were available.

Update, I come here every time I'm in town now. It's one of my go-to places. Sometimes I think about visiting just for the ramen here.

Saw it online super recommended its alright, not bad, but not impressive Kind of overhyped, the noodle not my type
