Ive gone to multiple HVAC companies for my unit because not many of them have been honest and truthful about the diagnosis. However, when I contacted Airserv for maintenance, they sent a technician to come take a look at my heater and thermostat. Bryan took his time to explain in full details how to maintain a healthy unit and taught me how to used the thermostat to its full potential. He came in professionally by greeting himself and making sure we understood the reason for him being there. I appreciate his patience, interpersonal skills and ethics. The next visit will be a duct cleaning and I hope to have him there again!

Our condenser was not working. Adriana came out to inspect it. She found the issue and explained to us in common words so we could understand. She educated us on the importance of changing our air filters regularly. Very courteous. I would definitely call Air Serv of Pasadena for heating and cooling.
