        The roses disappointing. The packaging was the issue. The product arrived damaged.

        The order get lost and contact customer services no response at all.  So either they block customer's contact or too many complaints email crashing their email account, customer can't send follow up or complaint email to them anymore.  Their products are so expensive and once you place the order, you are on your own.  They don't care anymore and no updates no response at all just a ticket number....Customer service so bad.....

      We are sorry about the shipping damage! We offer one year warranty on all our products. Please contact us with your order number and we will send you a replacement.
