We have done a few transactions with West Coast Escrow and have been thoroughly satisfied with their services. So much so, that we have insisted on using them and wouldn't accept a purchase offer when the buyer wanted to use her preferred escrow company -- and boy am I glad we stuck to our guns on that one because the deal went sideways - thankfully we were using West Coast, a very ethical escrow company. The reason for our stubbornness is because we know 1st hand how a bad escrow company can really mess up a deal. West Coast on the other hand, is a shining example of what an escrow company should be. They are always extremely responsive & available, as well as very organized and skilled. They keep surprising me at how fast they turn things around. Further, Lucillin, Maggie and Mary happen to be the nicest people, making the whole experience even more pleasant. They've earned our repeat business and trust.
