Property Care has been incredibly dependable and consistent since I've worked with them. Exceeded my expectations. A property Im managing had been vacant for quite some time and needed some serious cleaning after the numerous times it has gotten broken into by squatters. After calling about 10 cleaning businesses, Property Care Building Services offered to come out the next day to see what I needed done and then promptly emailed me a quote within a few hours. I scheduled for the service 2 days later. I paid a 50% deposit and a crew of about 6 were there to complete the job. They did a fantastic job on the building, everything I asked. The owner walked through the property with me at the end of the job and when he saw a corner (which was very minor) that was missed he immediately called back a member of his crew to finish the job. I will definitely be using them again and again.
