I highly recommend Lauren!! I inherited a house that needed a lot of work and she knew all the right people to call. Since I don't live in the area Lauren really acted more like a project manager than realtor. All the people she put me in touch with to work on the house were all professional and did great work. She respected the budget I had to do the renovations and all her suggestions for improvements were spot on. Her experience and wisdom really helped make this experience a great one. I truly couldn't have done it without her!!

Lauren Spencer is an outstanding realtor. She did a fantastic job of selling our Rio Del Mar home. The list of skills she has would be a long list. She listens well, has creative ideas, is prompt with communication. Our home needed to be made more presentable. Lauren has a long list of very professional contacts that did a wonderful job. We used gardeners, plumbers, painters, stagers, cleaners and a handy man. The home looked wonderful. Lauren also knows very well all the intricacies of the paperwork required for a house sale. She always knew what and when a signature was needed. We were able to get almost 50% over our asking price. I would wholeheartedly suggest Lauren Spencer to provide for your real estate needs.

Lauren recently helped us sell our home of 24 years. Because we were staying in the neighborhood and wanted to attract a "local" buyer and not simply hit the top of the market, we spent a 6-month partnership with her. Lauren was a pleasure every step of the way -- always professional, always responsive, with a huge Rolodex of the best contractors. Her marketing of our home was superb. Thank you Lauren, for your calm, professional, honest expertise through the sale of a unique property. It sure wasnt easy, especially as the pandemic hit & we couldve so easily lost the sale. Huge accolades to Lauren, as she helped everyone jump through multiple unforeseeable hoops, making it work for all of us. Both we, the sellers, as well as the buyers are truly grateful for her knowledge & problem-solving skills. Honestly, I dont think it wouldve happened without her. All through the process, despite the bumps in the road, we had such trust in Lauren, plus her calm reassurance was invaluable. She was always available to us & so easy & comfortable to work with.
