        Sad part about this branch is that Shelley Patton said that we wouldn’t be able to use our VA loan towards this property because the VA does not approve property that’s not permanently set in ground, but we just called and they actually do cover these type of homes. During our phone call I asked if we could atleast take a look at the property and she pretty much didn’t want to show us around because “we didn’t know if we would be pre-approved for a loan” since we couldn’t use our VA. It doesn’t work that way. We have great credit and could easily applied without a VA loan. This is a perfect example of profiling a person for their money $$$. When I addressed to her that she pretty much didn’t want to show us the property because of the loan factor she tried to re-tract and say that she wasn’t stating that at all!
