Victor and Diego came highly recommended and even then exceeded my expectations. From the design options, suggestions, and just straight professionalism, I couldnt have asked for anything better. The crew was punctual, extremely competent, friendly, and obviously took pride in their work. I have had so many people that walk, bike, or drive just stop to tell me how good the yard, driveway and fencing look now. I would not only highly recommend them to everybody, but will definitely be using them for future projects.

We had the pleasure of working with Modern Era for our front yard project, and we were extremely satisfied with the entire process. The project was executed with professionalism, accuracy, and excellent quality. Victor, our main point of contact, was exceptional to work with, and his crew displayed a high level of professionalism throughout. During the construction phase, we had some changes to our design, and Victor was transparent and upfront about the pricing associated with those changes. He communicated the details of the change orders clearly, ensuring there were no surprises. One minor issue we encountered was that the rock delivered for the project was initially dirty, and the color of the volcanic rock was not easily visible. However, Victor took the initiative to have the rock washed before completing the project, ensuring the desired appearance was achieved. We would like to give special recognition to Bryan, the project manager assigned to our project. He was an excellent communicator, keeping us informed and updated throughout the entire process. Thanks to his efficient management, the project was completed on time and within our budget. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the outcome of our front yard project and our experience with Modern Era Landscaping.

So glad we chose Modern Era Landscape to handle our project. Victor was very knowledgeable and helped us with planning and provided great recommendations for materials and design. His project foreman Brayan was a pleasure to work with, very accommodating and great attention to detail. The sub he brought in to do concrete work did a beautiful job. The materials Victor used were all top shelf name brands, no cutting corners or cheap Chinese knockoffs. Modern Era Landscape took care of everything from grading our new lot, to installing hardscape (stacked rock walls, and concrete work), handling drainage, irrigation, and planting. Victor coordinated everything with our builder to make sure his work dovetailed into the construction work. Very pleased with the results, Id recommend them for any size home landscape project.
