I could not be happier with Superior Floors!  The installation and customer service is exceptional.  The installers leave everything clean every night when they leave for the day.  Also, while installing they listened to all my preferences and concerns. The finish product is absolutely worth the price. Before committing to a company my husband and I shopped around and decided on Superior Floors because of word of mouth from friends and reviews here. We would happily do business with them again and would definitely refer our friends and family to them.

I would give these guys 100 stars if I could. From start to finish the owner Tom has been incredible. This is a family owned business for 20 + years. The son was one of the main people doing our floor installation and the daughter runs the books. My floors look absolutely amazing they were very uneven and these guys leveled them out perfectly. They only took a week to refloor our whole house and the guys that came out were like family. They were very respectful worked super hard and we're just all around a great crew. I would highly recommend Superior! We got a few quotes but by far are very happy with this whole transaction! Plus they said if any issues arise later to just give them a call they'd be right out to fix it! Can't get better than these guys! Thanks so much - the Burgess's :)

My experience with floor installation by Superior Floors was excellent.  The three men who worked here were a pleasure to have around, arrived early each morning, and worked steadily throughout the day.  Their work was excellent and I was pleased with their attention to detail.  At the end of the job they returned my furniture to it's original location, dusted the tabletops, and stored the box of leftover planks on a high shelf in the garage.I expected to spend hours vacuuming and mopping the rooms after they left, but discovered that they had already taken care of that.  The floors were clean and in "move in" condition.  Due to the supply chain problems we all experienced in 2021, there was  considerable delay in the shipment of the product from the manufacturer and delivery of the flooring was delayed by several weeks beyond the manufacturer's original estimate.  There was no way to remedy the delivery delay, but Tracy from Superior Floors kept me informed by calling every few weeks to give me an update.  Good customer service.
