I deleted my first initial review, to give you another chance to make things right in the future. We can have disagreements, but there shouldnt be hostility from your end towards us members because it will be met back in the same way. This is me taking the first step towards allowing us both to have a fresh start I look forward to our future interactions in hope that you will make changes to your approach and we will do the same with our response.

Page 4 The right of usage for the facilities is for occupants of each residence only therefore should an owner choose to lease or rent his/her unit Said owner will not have use privileges of the facilities/amenities Also,I signed you in as my guest that day(please see sign-in sheet picture) in an effort to let you in be nice Your partner sew that as well. Pool registration 17,18 No loud music, No Alcohol beverages in side the pool area The other person( your friend?) Who was drinking, loud music lives in building 4 ( I dont post his name) yelled at me Go home three times, after that was when I told him to shut up Because he was being disrespectful later after leaving you and him told me you are nothing, no body And, thats when I said same to you I never meant insult any one I will bring this up to our HOA meeting Ill ask BOM to contact the home owner xxx to attend the meeting The board members has been trying really hard since last September 2021 to bring this place back together and create a SAFE , CLEAN community for the residence, PS Aleks. C I dont need your accusations, I understand situation escalated, But I need to express my side of the story too just clarity Thank you
