        I have been loyal customer for over 10 years even when this branch was under WaMu bank. #1 Love the fact that I can withdraw cash with my iPhone. # 2 For tech people ATM machine inside the branch with large screen is blast to use. Never a big line.

        I love this bank. Everyone is nice and helpful. Michael helped me refinance my house and he was great to work with. He explained everything all the way through, and it went through very fast.

        One star to this branch location !!! It's not first time I getting disappointed of customer service here., today I step in at 3 pm with some questions regarding my business account and branch manager told me that they closing in one hour and can't help you., and she says go online and find what you need there.., and it's not only that ,but they way she speaks to you was not to help ,but to get rid of, very rude form and unprofessional
