        We ordered 4 sq ft of a mosaic tile as a sample to get a better idea as we are redoing our bathroom - they ended up shipping the wrong tiles. Honest mistake, I get that. However instead of fixing the mistake, they tried to convince us it was the same tile we ordered. It was definitely NOT the same tile, and they would not admit it or offer a refund/return. Still have not received a reply - this is a very deceitful company (almost comically so).

        Save your money and time and purchase your tile elsewhere. The company shipped us the wrong tile - as others have mentioned we sent photos of the tile we chose in comparison to the tile we received and they would not admit fault or issue a refund. I'm just thankful we didn't place a larger order. Very frustrating.
