        refusing to remedy shipment issues. they sent the wrong product. our company provided photos to them clearly showing they did not match what they stated they shipped to us. will not issue a return label and is trying to charge us a restocking fee for their mistake.

        Stay Away! Customer service is impossible to talk to. This company pulled a bait and switch and refuses to refund my money. Had to cancel the credit card payment in order to get my money back. Shop anywhere else!

        We bought tiles, rope liners and ogee chairrail pieces in ivory travertine from Tile and Mosaic Depot for a backyard project. The tiles were shipped on time, arrived in well packaged pallets and looked exactly as they did on the website. Thank you Tony for outstanding customer service!

        I usually buy from a different company but this time around I wanted to give Tonys company a chance. They have great selections, priced fair and most importantly, Tony is very knowledgeable and wants to geniunely help. I will not be using anyone else from now on!
