        Been coming for years but 2024 (for 2023) is the worst experience I've ever had. Came in on Saturday and was missing one form so the tax preparer completed as far as she could. Came back with missing form only NOW I'm told the 30% discount expired two days ago. That I should've come back the next day. Had I been provided this information, OBVIOUSLY I would have. Spoke to various reps to no avail. The DM Saul Mejia didn't even have the courtesy to speak with me. I worked in customer service my entire career, 46yrs and this is the worst example, or should I say lack there of. I guess one less measly customer means nothing to JH. Looks like I'm on the hunt for a new tax preparer.
