H&R Block

I wouldn't recommend going here. I was on time, but the preparer was running late with previous client by about 20-25 minutes. I uploaded my documents ahead of time, and he had no questions for me and did not seem interested in maximizing my returns (THE main reason to have a professional do it), and I had to PROMPT him about the charitable donations and vehicle registration deductions that I knew from doing taxes myself (that's almost $200 difference). All this while charging $230 on top of basic fees for itemized returns, which any basic software would have done in seconds. In addition the office was stuffy and I was bothered by unsolicited calls from H&R block regarding my appointment to schedule an appointment (after I already had) and to confirm appointment (which I obviously didn't cancel). Only go here if you want to overpay for below-mediocre services, have them be late to your appointment, and leave wondering if you maximized your deductions. My last experience with HRB was the opposite, but after this visit I will not roll my dice with them again.

I have been going to this location for years. I took my son today he had an appt at 10:30 and we where out of there by 11am. The manager he is very knowledgeable about his clients and makes you feel comfortable with them handling your W-2. Estephany who helped him with his taxes had them ready while we was waiting. MY son reviewed every thing and paid we was out of there Satisfied. I will be sending my other son over too. He starts working next week. So see you next year.
