        Really good company they use a app where I can request any service like plumbing and they show up same day im impress.. and the company representative Bradley Crocker respond all my calls and text on minutes.. very happy whith the service.. 100% recommend

        Weve had several complaints regarding their tenants and they have done little to help solve the issues !! Weve reach out to Bradley Crocker and he has done nothing to resolve the issues with THEIR tenants!

        Horrible company! My neighbors and I have complained about their tenants numerous times and they have done very little to help! Real estate agent Bradley Crocker has not listened nor helped resolve the issues!

        I currently reside at a property managed by Progressive. Throughout the process of applying and moving in, Vicky has been responsive, communicative, and attentive. Vicky cares about her tenants. For instance, upon moving in, Vicky reached out to me to ensure the move went well. I'm certain that should I have a maintenance request at a later date, Vicky and her team will speedily address the issue. I highly recommend Progressive Property Management.

      I will speak to Brad, but unless a tenant fails to pay rent, it is difficult with all the renter protection laws to do much with problematic tenants. We cannot just terminate the lease to appease neighbors.
