I'm sharing more than you need to know to tell how grateful I am for Orange County Industrial Plastics -- OCIP.We're building a Koi pond with raised sidewalls for two viewing windows. I have enjoyed Koi ponds since I was a little girl and never had a window. While waiting for my garden Koi pond, I purchased baby Koi and put them in a large aquarium. I have enjoyed these Koi more than any before. I sit by the aquarium with my coffee in the morning. Watching Koi swim from the side gives a different perspective than looking down on them.I noticed the Koi ponds online with viewing windows. Of course, I have to have one of those! No, two! I searched for the Koi windows online for two months. Pre-built Koi windows from the UK are over $2,500 plus shipping. All I needed was clear acrylic panels like we used in our sunroom, only thicker.I don't remember the correct search words I used. But, after so many hours of searching, I found OCIP in Anaheim, a few miles from my home. I was so excited to find the right product for a great price!Now, here's more. Someone stole and wrecked my car on the day of my mother's memorial service. I had to borrow a car to pick up my windows. They were not ready as promised on Wednesday. I went back on Friday to find OCIP closed! They never advised me that they would be closed on Black Friday!SO DO I TAKE AWAY MY FIVE-STAR REVIEW BECAUSE I STILL DON'T HAVE MY KOI WINDOWS? I first hesitated to ask for a quote because the website mentioned "business to business" and I I only had small job. However I asked for a quote for a 1/4" clear acrylic 24" x 48" sheet cut into 2" strips. David Pfeil called and asked exactly if I wanted 2" nominal strips. I said 2" wide by 24" and that I intended to cut it down to 11" length. He mentioned that based on his experience that I let them do the cutting instead of me trying to do it. He said that they can cut the number of pieces I needed and the exact size. I ordered 24 pieces 2" x 11". I picked up by order after 1 1/2 days. great customer service from David Pfiel.

We had a great experience with OCIP. Taylor helped us get a couple custom-cut pieces for our business register counters. Everything fit well, the turnaround was quick and our countertops looks great now!
