Hi Shelly,I’m sorry you feel this way about your experience here. The first time we saw your car in Sept 2021 we found one of your coolant lines leaking, and a few months after your check engine light came on due to a faulty thermostat, which we replaced. 2 years and 40,000 miles later we found the auxiliary water pump malfunctioning, causing the temperature gauge to overheat as well as a leaking water pump. The reason for the pricing difference is due to it being a different repair entirely. Requiring more expensive parts, and located in a separate area of the vehicle, which involved more labor than your previous repairs. Cooling systems have multiple components and often times need numerous repairs (or repairs as needed). We apologize if this wasn’t communicated properly when you brought your car in and would love the chance to discuss the reasons for the price difference, as well as any other concerns you may have.
