One of the best experiences I've had. Purchasing my first home was extremely overwhelming, but the CrossCountry Mortgage team made the process seamless. Charlie Shatafian took the time to explain options that would best benefit me and reassured me during the times of uncertainty. Unbelievable at what they do and great customer service that you just don't see much anymore. I would recommend this group to anyone interested in buying a home.

The Moffitt experience was phenomenal. As first-time homebuyers, my fianc and I, were fairly terrified coming into the home buying market in early 2024. Along with seamless coordination with our realtor, Paul was able to provide a top-tier rate and help make us attractive buyers in the eyes of home sellers. Paul utilized his vast depth of experience, market analyzation models, and his 'call me anytime' attitude to ensure we were taken care of. Paul and his team did an excellent job of facilitating nearly every relevant process on the lending side. We also were very appreciative of his advice & guidance on the current market; we were able to maintain our original vision while leaning on critical takeaways that he verbally and visually conveyed to us. Although not all homebuying experiences are the same, our entire timeframe with Paul began in mid January for an initial consultation and ended with us moving into our new home in late February.
