This was my second Refinance with Erick and his group and their excellent service hasn't changed. They found me a great rate on a 30 year mortgage that kept my mortgage payment about the same, but lowered my interest rate almost two points! That will mean a savings of about $55,000k over the life of the loan. In the era of Covid, It was amazing that we were able to conduct the entire transaction without having to meet in person. The regular phone calls and emails were more than enough to get the job done. My only in person meeting was with the notary for signing the paperwork after the deal had been sewn up. It couldn't have been easier.

Tried for 3 years to get a refi done with my crazy variable mortgage. Somehow Paul was able to work his magic in 30 days.
