BeCreative360 has done an excellent job for my company. I have used them with success for many many years for On The SPOT. Just started Review My Dry Cleaner a few months ago and amazed how well it has worked. Yash has been very helpful in making sure everything is set up and working correctly!

Overall, a really strong program with lots of capabilities. We wish that we could direct customers only to Google like some other platforms allow (since we will lose all of the RMDC reviews one day), but love the option for direct feedback from customers that might otherwise leave a negative review. We have been able to better assess the performance of our stores with RMDC and increase our SEO rankings!
