Derrick and his crew is Awesome. I have an old and damaged undermount Kitchen Sink. for over a year, I have been trying to find someone to remove the old sink and replace with a new drop-in sink. Either people don't return your messages, give outrages estimates, some agreed to do the work, but back out later or no shows.Derrick response to my inquiry in a timely manner, price is reasonable, he finish the work effectively and waste no time, clean up after the work.I will use his service in the future again.

Derrick was recommended by a floor installer. I figured that he would be top notch. We hired him to clean our grout on our travertine floors, clean, restore, and seal our travertine patio table, seal our limestone and shell stone bathroom counters, clean and seal our travertine outside counter, seal our kitchen counters,, and seal our bbq Island. To his benefit, he did tell us that our floors looked like they were in good shape and didn't need cleaning, but our kitchen floor needed cleaning and re-sealing. He had to make a trip to Home Depot for the cleaner and offered to pick up the sealer that we needed for our BBQ island, to do it ourselves. We agreed. He said he would charge us an even $30. "Cost for the sealer" plus the cost of labor for the kitchen floor, patio table, and outside counter. He cleaned our kitchen floors and sealed our patio table and outside counter, only. After he left, we noticed a white, hard film forming in our grout. Also there were shiny splash marks on our kitchen floor and inconsistencies on the travertine. Half dull and half shiny tiles. There were splash marks all over the base of our newly painted cabinets and our new wooden floors, all of which I had to clean! I texted him immediately with photos and asked how I could fix the problems. He responded, "Water activated salts and minerals which caused the white. I can take care of it. The inconsistency is probably areas that my guy didn't dry evenly. I can take care of both. Let me look at my calendar this afternoon and see when I can come back out." I waited for over 3 weeks and no contract from him. I then texted him that I hadn't heard from him in over 3 weeks and that I'd like a refund, minus the $30. for the sealer. Again, no response! I never used the sealer as it wasn't shiny but rather a natural, dull finish, so I returned it to Home Depot today. We only received $17. back, not the $30. that he said it cost. The larger size was $30.  I'm waiting to hear from him at this point. If I do, I will update my review. Pictures are after he left.

Derrick gets the job done! Where all the others couldn't Derrick and his team got it done! He did a great job repairing my granite kitchen counter top, removing my old sink, installing a new sink, and replacing my old faucets. It was a complicated job removing the old sink but he figured out the best way and never backed down from a challenge. Right from the beginning he was quick to respond to my inquiry and made himself available to give me an estimate where others wouldn't even reply back. Based on his years of experience, he also came up with the best way to repair the granite counter top while maintaining a pleasant aesthetic. I was sold on his expertise, so we got it scheduled for the following week and in 1-day the job was done! He's very skilled and pays attention to the details and choosing him was a no-brainer. He also went above and beyond making sure my house was clean during the job and the dust was kept to a minimum. My wife and I are so happy now to do the dishes! Thanks Derrick!

Very pleased with the work. I got a reasonable quote and he texted to confirm appt and arrival times with a 1 hour window. He cleaned up all the mess and haul away the trash related to the project. He was able to install and replace water line and faucets without having me to call a separate plumber. I had several cracks on granite that were repaired as well, which was what I initially called abt. I highly recommend Derrick.
