        I have to amend my original review. I don't know what's changed over the years but they are no longer responsive to warranty service. After initial diagnostic visit they have refused to return my calls to schedule a repair. I don't know if it's because they earn less repairing warranty claims but it's been since October and I call weekly and leave a message with receptionist to find a time to repair my air compressor. Original review from 3 years ago: Was able to get a same day appointment for repair. Friendly and fast service while here. Much better value for the money compared to their competitors.

        These folks were nice enough. The service call was $59 bucks (cheaper than most) and it would be applied to any service. I was told my heater needed a new Main Control CPU System with an estimate of $1,469.00. At that price I got a second opinion. It turns out the problem was actually water in my gas line unrelated to the heating unit itself. You can take that however you want.

      We're sorry you feel this way. We did not install your system, so therefore we must follow the manufacturer's protocols. We are unable to complete the repair under warranty, but we can repair your unit for you, just not under warranty.
