Veteran Air installed the WRONG parts as part of the AC system and did NOT fix the problem. I do not recommend this company. Terrible service, dishonesty, and integrity - I do not understand why this company has this many good reviews online. After spending more than $17K on a new system, they installed the wrong item due to the sales manager not writing down the right system on the work order for technicians. They promised to provide some type of resolution. They never showed up to fix it after 5 months, never emailed back to address the problem, didnt call me back after I left a voicemail returning their call. Its all sales lip service talk with David. Buyer beware.

The company was very professional in handling the appointment with a follow up phone call the day before and text message with the technicians (Zacks) photo that would be arriving. Zack was very professional, informative and personable by helping me understand and break down the technicalities of my system by mentioning various options that would best for me and my situation. Thank you for your service! I forgot to mention my chocolate lab, Penny loved him!

We had a great service visit from Orande of Veteran Air today. He was very friendly and cheerfully answered all the questions that we had. He gave me tips on how I could save money in the future. I appreciated that he left the house/yard in really good shape as well.

We just had a new Lennox system put in and I highly recommend using Veteran Air. They were really professional and friendly start to finish! Louis was one of our technicians and he was very accommodating and knowledgeable. We really appreciated all of your help and the discount for military. Semper Fi
