Check in time starts at 3. I got there at 8pm on the dot. Upon my arrival, the receptionist stated she was literally getting ready to cancel my reservation. When I asked why, especially since it was confirmed by the hotel that an 8pm check in was ok, the receptionist stated sometimes 3rd party websites dont notify them of special requests. I told her the approved request wasn't an automated one, it was hand typed and it came directly from the hotel. She again stated that 3rd party websites dont always notify of special requests. Ok fine but Even with that canceling a reservation at 8pm without calling to see if I were still coming isnt good business in my opinion. . At least wait until midnight like other hotels smh. No seriously. Please give people a chance to get there. I had I known they werent notified I wouldve called to let them know. Other than that its a pretty decent place to stay. My room floor wasnt swept but overall its awesome. Clean bed, clean linen, super hot water! Only other complaint I have is the noise from the traffic and the people. Its a LOT! Doesnt bother me much but it could be a really big deal breaker if youre a light sleeper. Rooms: Spacious. Nice clean beds, linen and super hot water for an amazing shower! Nearby activities: Disney

If you are looking at this hotel for a family trip to Disneyland, please stay clear of this place! We booked this hotel for convenience for Disneyland, and upon check-in we found a wet, bloody washcloth that was left in the shower from the previous guest, the outlets did not work, the floor was absolutely disgusting And when we brought the lady from the front desk to show her the room, she did not even ask us if we wanted to switch rooms. We asked how we could charge our phones since none of the outlets in the room were working and she said well you can leave them in the lobby. She told us Ill be right back to take pictures of said room and never returned. We ended up checking out that night due to the horrible customer service, and The cleanliness of the room and were guaranteed a full refund for the entire stay. I have yet to receive said refund I have also been trying to reach the manager for four days to address these issues and every time I call it is either he is not there or he is busy and he will call you back but never returns any phone calls. I have left so many messages asking him to return my calls and nothing. If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would please do not take your family there It is a sketchy motel and very unclean. I definitely would not put my kids in that room if I were you. Worst customer service and just a nasty place in general.

Extraordinary understanding and compassion and fairness on the part of employee "Edward" who retrieved and stored all my belongings left in my room when a family crisis caused me to abruptly leave the area for an extended period. That kind of guest-centric attitude on his part makes him an asset to the operation at Signature, and I ALWAYS return for lodging there in the future!

I have seen some past negative reviews, possibly to improve the hospitality there were flaws, I went last week, I loved the place personally, from the location, (perfect for visiting Disneyland, take a single bus 10 minutes or walking 25 minutes) the cleanliness , the small details such as having a coffee maker in my room, bottled water. when I arrived I was assisted by Karla the receptionist, super friendly, attentive to whatever was offered, (helping me open my room correctly, having the bathroom tub fixed, orienting me in places you could visit as a tourist, etc.) I highly recommend this place I was invited for more future visits. I also appreciate the attention of the plumber, I don't remember his name, very friendly and I was able to have a relaxing bath. Sincerely Alejandra Chavez Seen soon

I highly recommend this place
