Guest services at this locations made all the difference in the world for our family! With all the work that goes into planning a family getaway to Disneyland, there are bound to be hiccups. We experienced a let down that was not our hotels fault and this hotel wet out above and beyond to rectify our concerns, despite being complete booked and sold out of rooms. Eric was especially helpful through our stay. Aside from this, the valet service is very prompt and efficient! We will absolutely return!

Wondering if bad reviews are being deleted?
I have stayed here multiple times in the past and never had an issue. Something has definitely changed. Its not the closest or the nicest. Unlike most others near Disneyland, they do not have Disney decorations, so definitely not where you want to take kids if you want them to feel the magic The parking situation is terrible. You have to wait in a line to check in your car- this takes way too long- then another wait while they take pictures of your car, then you can unload your car to check into your room, just very inconvenient. Also, the valet texting service back doesnt work, so you go all the way down there thinking it will be ready and they say SMS is down and ask for the ticket (which I left in the room b/c they told me to text the ticket number to get the car). The guys running the valet service are dismissive and rude. They will walk right past you while youre standing in front of the desk, politely waiting for them to acknowledge you. I finally had to interrupt them to get their attention. Front desk staff was blatantly annoyed and not at all like the employees I have experienced in the past. It honestly felt like an entirely different hotel every step of the way which negatively impacted our trip. Overall, very disappointed in this stay. I usually stick to Hilton family hotels, but will probably go back to staying at the Hyatt when we come in a few months, weve never had any issues there and they have a Starbucks in the lobby. Sad to lose my go-to in Anaheim!
Noteworthy details: Rude staff. Very inconvenient parking.
