I went to Disney Land and stayed here. Was a great weekend overall, but I had thought I lost my watch at the park. Very nice watch, and holds a lot of sentimental value to me.
Spent the entire flight home disheartened, until I got home and saw there was a voicemail from the hotel. The staff found my watch. The manager of the business was able to ship it back to me and super helpful. Came very well packaged to keep it safe.
The staff showed incredible integrity, and I will likely stay here again because I know I can trust it to be a positive experience no matter what.

Rooms: We could see the fireworks every night by standing right outside our hotel room very friendly and helpful staff. Few min walk to Disneyland resort.

Reserved handicapped accessible suite in Nov. for March stay ... went to check into room. Wheelchair would not fit into doorway of bathroom. When informed front desk of problem was basically told to take that room or find somewhere else to stay. We found Castle Inn & Suites on Harbor which had accessible room & much friendlier employees.

I couldn't speak highly enough about this place. The customer service was fantastic, the rooms were clean, the complimentary breakfast was amazing, and you couldn't ask for a better location to access Disney. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
