Courtyard by Marriott Anaheim Resort/Convention Center

Overall experience was great. Rooms were clean. Shower products were pleasant as well. The check-in process was a pleasant experience as well and stands out by far compared to any previous check-in experiences. Isaac had a great demeanor and positive attitude. Even after an hour-long delay drive he put us back in a good and excited mood! Walkability: Location is great right around the corner from Disneyland and other attractions / necessities Food & drinks: Ruth's Chris is on the same property and Mortons is just down the block. There is also a Target nearby for any last minute needs

This was an absolute wonderful hotel to stay at. T.J and Tiffany were absolute life savers several times during our stays, and took customer service to another level. I would stay here again happily.

The staff at this location were some of the best staff I have experienced in awhile. The gentleman at the front desk in the evening was such a delight and cheerful and made our first impression that much more enjoyable. The bar tender was also another highlight. He was so nice and held a great conversation. I travel a lot to different Marriott locations and this one has been a breath of fresh air. Walkability: Within a mile of Disney and some great food.

This hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland and restaurants on South Harbor. My check in experience was 10/10. Tiffany greeted us and helped us get checked in. I showed up at 11 am, check in was at 3 pm, and a room was ready. I was already impressed. She explained the property amenities, the restaurants and the elite benefits. They gave us water and customized chocolate bars upon check in. My interactions with all staff members was 10/10. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming. The room is decently spacious, it was clean, and it smelled nice. The bathroom was modern, it had full size soap, shampoo, and body wash. 10/10 for the room. There was a coffee shop that served Starbucks coffee. The hours were essential early morning and evening/dinner hours. There is also a restaurant. We only got salads from there one night but they were good. I would come back again if I were in the area. I highly recommend this hotel!
